 Harold and Jordan Klemow are the principals of Klemow, Inc., a company

dedicated to serving the south Florida community with outstanding custom home designs,

superior craftsmanship and exquisite locations.

 With decades of experience  in the designing, developing and building of

 custom, luxury residences and communities throughout elite areas of South Florida, 

 the sole focus of this dynamic partnership is quality custom development and building. 

The Klemow family business started building new homes in 1959 

in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. 

 Relocating to South Florida in the late 80’s, the Klemows began their efforts in

Broward and Palm Beach Counties.  Klemow, Inc., and its associated companies, have built custom homes in the Boca Raton communities of  ‘Boca Yacht and Marina’, ‘Boca Grove’, ‘Boca Pointe’, and  ‘The Estate Homes in Long Lake Estates’ and prestigious communities in Coral Springs and Parkland such as ‘Eagle Trace’,  ‘The Isles’, ‘Fox Ridge Estates’,  ‘Meadow Run’, ‘The Landings Estates’ and ‘Ternbridge’  as examples.  Other areas where you will find innovative Klemow designs are,  ‘Woodmont’ ‘Oakbrook’, ‘North Springs’, ‘Brookside’, ‘Shadow Wood’,  ‘Coral Creek’ and several Dade county locations. Klemow Inc. and its associated companies have completed several PUD’s which include ‘Villa Son Risa’ in Boca Raton, ‘Ventura’  in Delray Beach, ‘Riverside Walk’ in Coral Springs, ‘Enclave at the Fountains’ in Lake Worth., acre-sized estates at ‘Whispering Woods’ in Coral Springs and ‘Pine Tree Estates’ in Parkland.  Several luxury mansions have been completed in exclusive Long Lake Estates, along with a collection of richly-appointed residences in The Islands located in prestigious Boca Grove Plantation community and Boca Grove. 

Hillsboro Mile, LLC., a company associated with Klemow, Inc., recently completed construction of one of the most successful beachfront condominiums in the area. Setting unprecedented sales records, Ocean Grande Beach and Marina on Hillsboro Mile is a 9-story, 82-unit, luxury, oceanfront condominium.
